Phelps Banned for 3 Months
The USA Swimming committee has spoken and Michael Phelps is going to be suspended for 3 months for his pot smoking incident.
TMZ Reports:
The organization has cut off financial support to Phelps for the three months as well.
USA Swimming said, "This is not a situation where any anti-doping rule was violated, but we decided to send a strong message to Michael because he disappointed so many people, particularly the hundreds of thousands of USA Swimming member kids who look up to him as a role model and a hero."
I'm not a huge Phelps fan, but I really hope this doesn't ruin his career because I do respect his talent. People around the world respect Phelps too so I guess we can just add this incident to the list of reasons while people from other countries look down on Americans!

Mickey Rourke's Awful Fashion
I recently saw The Wrestler and was blown away by Mickey Rourke's performance. I guess all the publicity he's been getting has really gone to his head though because he thought he was cool enough to leave the house dressed in shiny blue patent leather! I expect more from Mikey. He's a former boxer, loves motorcycles, has a bull skull tattoo on his arm... and dresses in shiny blue leather? It just doesn't add up.
Michael Phelps Smokes Marijuana
Looks like the golden boy Michael Phelps was caught smoking pot from a pipe and could face criminal charges.
The Associate Press reports:
Lt. Chris Cowan said Tuesday that Richland County sheriff's investigators are gathering more information about the photo, which showed the swimmer inhaling from a marijuana pipe.
Cowan did not specify what charge was being considered and declined to discuss details of the investigation.
The photograph was first shown in a British tabloid Sunday. News of the World said the picture was taken during a November house party while Phelps was visiting the University of South Carolina.
Phelps and his advisers did not dispute the photo's authenticity. He has issued a public apology.

It looks as if Tony Romo has had enough of Jessica's new dumpy physique and cheated on her the other night with a sexy brunette hottie.
Star Magazine reported:
Amid Jessica's gold albums, the party raged on downstairs. But on the second floor, Tony was enjoying his own private party — with a long haired, olive-skinned cutie.
"Everyone was talking about it downstairs," dishes the source. "The girls were saying it was so wrong and shady of Tony to cheat on Jessica — especially in her place! I just can't believe he would hook up with another woman at his own girlfriend's house."
We all know Romo is no good under pressure, so it really shouldn't come as a surprise that he folded and wasn't stay true to Jessica. Did he really think he wouldn't get caught?
